At Maria Nila, we want you to love your 100% vegan and CO2 compensated hair care products. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack the products in their original box or a similar sturdy container to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via the portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Leave your package at the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
